Background and Design

Little Plate is inspired by the EMT 140, a famous electromechanical plate reverb introduced in 1957 that uses a magnetic transducer to create reverberation. Since original EMT 140 units are rare and large, Little Plate offers this classic sound in a small, digital format with enhancements that go beyond the original hardware.

Little Plate is included with the SuperPlate plug-in and the Soundtoys 5 bundle. It is not sold individually.
