Versions and Compatibility
There are different versions of Processed Guitars tailored to several platforms and samplers:
- Plugin version: Requires a 64-bit VST/VST3/AU host on Windows 8.1/10/11 or macOS Sierra and higher, with specific hardware requirements (2 GHz quad-core CPU, 4 GB RAM).
- Decent Sampler version: Free sampler compatible with Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, offering the same sounds with different effects and sound shaping. Requires installation of the Decent Sampler software.
- Kontakt version: 25 instruments with amplitude and filter ADSRs plus reverb. Requires the full Kontakt 5 or 6 version; won't work in the free Kontakt Player.
