- High-resolution interface optimized for Retina and 4K displays with six levels of scalability.
- Two newly added multi-effects including compression, EQ, delay, reverb, and a total of 21 effects with 127 presets for expanded sonic possibilities.
- Up to 32-voice polyphony and 16-voice unison with detune and spread functionality.
- Flexible external modulation and MIDI clock synchronization for versatile sound design.
- Includes 300 new presets, including signature strings and pads, plus a program browser and favorite registration for quick access.
- Free upgrade for owners of the previous KORG Collection Polysix and a free demo version available.
Background
The original Polysix was notable for its six-voice polyphony at a time when five voices were standard. It featured built-in chorus, phaser, and ensemble effects that contributed to its distinctively fat sound. This software version builds on KORG's 2004 Polysix emulation, refined for modern production setups.
